About me

I am the director of Brannen Usable Brands, where we optimise Web sites or software, so that it becomes easier and more fun to use.
My expertise involves bridging the gap between information architecture, usability and e-branding. I believe that only the balanced combination of screen design, usability and concise interface design creates a convincing product.
I am an active member of the German Chapter of the Usability Professionals’ Association (GC UPA), a worldwide non-profit Organisation. In 2007, I served as vice president and the previous year as press speaker. I am also a member of the British Professionals’ Association and Interaction – the specialist HCI group of the British Computer Society (BCS).
With my lively, passionate and practice’ orientated approach, I’m a welcome speaker at conferences and have written numerous articles.
